What auto-renews

Starter and Family subscriptions renew monthly until you cancel in the channel you paid with (app store account or Stripe customer portal). One-question and two-person reading add-ons, and chat refills, are one-time purchases and do not auto-renew. Chat refill requires an active subscription; one-question and two-person reading add-ons do not.

Billing period, charge date, and price follow what the app store shows when you buy (including taxes). List prices are in section 4 of the terms of service.

How to cancel

If you paid through an app store: on your phone, open that store account’s Subscriptions page (usually in system settings or in the app store’s account page), choose TRUE SUN / 正阳易理, and cancel or turn off auto-renewal. If you paid on the web with Stripe: open the Stripe customer portal to cancel or turn off auto-renewal.

Restore purchases only recovers an existing store subscription; it does not charge again and does not cancel. Deleting the in-app account does not cancel the store subscription; you must cancel in the store.

Signing up again with the same email reconnects a subscription that is still active. You do not pay again for that same store subscription. A different email is a new account and cannot take it. Restore onto a different email is refused.

After you cancel

Cancellation stops the next charge only. For the current paid period you can still use Questions, relationship comparisons, chat, and other entitlements under your plan until that period ends.

When the period ends, renewal stops and new plan Questions, relationship comparisons, and chat counts are not granted; chat refills cannot be bought. One-question and two-person reading add-ons can still be bought (no subscription required). Reports already generated stay viewable while the account exists (terms of service sections 4 and 6).

Cancellation does not by itself refund money already paid; the app store decides refunds under its policies, and our usage-balance rules in the terms and refund policy apply.

Plan changes and price increases

Switching between Starter and Family in the app is handled by the app store for timing, proration, and charges; see section 4 of the terms of service.

If the store raises the subscription price, you are usually notified in advance. Continuing to use or renew after notice means you accept the new price unless the store requires separate confirmation.
