Delete in the app

Open the TRUE SUN app, sign in, and go to Me → Data and privacy → Delete account. The explanation stays in the app. It does not open an external page.

Before deleting, tick to confirm you understand that store subscriptions must be cancelled separately in the app store; a button on that screen opens your system subscription settings. Then type the confirmation word for the current app language: Simplified 删除, Traditional 刪除, English DELETE.

What stays after deletion

People, chat, memories, and report text are removed from this service and are not restored if you sign up again. Payment records, store transaction IDs, refund records, and usage-balance records are kept as described in the privacy policy, without email or purchase tokens. They are usually kept for up to seven years after the last related transaction or the close of a dispute, then deleted or irreversibly de-identified. Deleting the account does not cancel a store subscription.

Signing up again with the same email keeps the same self, and an active store subscription reconnects. What we keep for recognition is a hash of the email, a hash of the self birth details, a hash of the store chain, and usage and credit state. Those hashes cannot be turned back into the email or a purchase token. A different email is a new account. Written guides already produced for that self are not issued again.

If you cannot open the app

If you cannot open the app, email the support address on this site’s Contact page from your account’s sign-in email, with “Delete account” in the subject. Once we verify the email, we will delete the account for you and confirm by reply.
